In 1991 three Ricci families got together to
fulfill a dream to own a vineyard in the Dry Creek
Valley. Since then the vineyard has matured to produce a high quality grape. The Cabernet was densely planted to 6’x 6’spacing. It is pruned to a light bud count to achieve balanced and intense fruit.
Making wine would be the next step. With thoughtful
consideration from rootstock to winemaker, all of the
components have come together to create this wine.
